Overview

Sakeenah ("we", "us") provides a credit-based operations platform for Umrah & Hajj service providers. This policy explains what data we process and why. By using the platform you agree to this policy.

Data we process

• Account data: your name, email, company, and role.
• Nusuk connection: credentials/session tokens you provide to connect your Nusuk (Masar) account, used solely to perform operations you request on your behalf.
• Operational data: groups, pilgrims/mutamers, passports and documents, and reservations that you upload or generate through the platform.
• Usage & billing: credit balance and transaction history.
• Technical: logs, IP address, and device/browser information for security and diagnostics.

How we use it

• To provide the service you request (passport review, Rawdah reservations, MOFA/Nusuk operations).
• To authenticate you and keep your Nusuk session active for those operations.
• To bill credits and maintain your transaction history.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with Nusuk/Masar and related government systems only as required to complete the operations you initiate. We do not sell your data. Service providers (e.g. hosting) process data on our behalf under confidentiality.

Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion, subject to those obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information and restrict access to authorized personnel.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may disconnect your Nusuk account at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
