Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Sakeenah platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

The service

Sakeenah is a credit-based operations tool that helps Umrah & Hajj providers perform actions on the Nusuk (Masar) system — such as passport review, group and mutamer management, and Rawdah reservations. We are an independent facilitator and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Nusuk or any government entity.

Your account & Nusuk connection

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for all activity under your account.
• You must have the right to use the Nusuk credentials you connect and to act on behalf of the pilgrims whose data you process.
• Keep your login secure; notify us of any unauthorized use.

Credits

The service is prepaid using credit packs, purchased as a one-time payment in US Dollars (USD) at the prices shown on our Pricing page and at checkout; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Credit packs are not a subscription and do not renew automatically. Credits are consumed per operation and are non-transferable between accounts. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or fraudulent data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Respect the rules and terms of Nusuk/Masar and applicable regulations.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service depends on third-party systems (Nusuk/Masar) that may change or be unavailable. We are not liable for downtime or changes caused by those systems.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakeenah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes determined by Nusuk/Masar (e.g. a rejected application or an unavailable Rawdah slot).

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be reflected here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
